Today, as Senior Partner in the Firm, he specializes in a comprehensive range of Estate Planning matters, complex estate tax strategies and estate and trust administration. Recognized as a pioneer in the field of elder law, he provides counsel on a variety of Estate Planning issues including nursing home and asset protection.
Throughout his career, John has been active in a variety of community organizations. He is a former Trustee of Beverly Hospital, Shore Country Day School, and a former Campaign Chairman and President of the North Shore United Way

Mark represents buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition, land use planning and permitting. By leveraging his local knowledge, reputation, relationships and expertise, he is able to efficiently achieve positive results for his clients in the negotiation of agreements and the implementation of complex real estate projects.
As an agent for national title insurance companies, Mark’s practice includes reviewing title abstracts, resolving title issues, providing title insurance commitments and issuing title insurance policies.
Mark has been given an “AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating” by Martindale-Hubbell. This designation is indicative of his high ethical standards and professional ability, generated from evaluations by other lawyers.
In addition to his professional practice, Mark is extensively involved in the North Shore community. He actively participates on non-profit boards, including past service as Chairman of the Boards of the Beverly Regional YMCA, the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and Montserrat College of Art.

Since joining Glovsky & Glovsky in 1998, Anthony has concentrated his practice in the areas of tax and estate planning, estate and trust administration and elder law. He also assists seniors and their families with MassHealth issues, including applications and appeals.

Brandon, who currently serves as Managing Partner of the Firm, practices in the Business Law group. He represents private companies and their owners on a variety of issues including entity selection and organization, mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational issues, succession planning and general corporate matters. His experience also extends to commercial real estate matters, particularly leasing and financing. Brandon has also advised many clients on the protection of trademarks and other forms of intellectual property.
In addition to his work at the Firm, Brandon currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of the YMCA of the North Shore. He is a past Board President of the Greater Beverly YMCA. He is also a past Board Member of a number of other community organizations, including the North Shore United Way and the Beverly Rotary Club.
Brandon lives in Beverly with his wife, Rachel, and their two daughters.

Miranda practices with the Firm’s Real Estate Group where she represents developers, lenders, buyers and sellers in a wide variety of commercial and residential transactions and land use matters. She represents developers in all aspects of land acquisitions, land use permitting and financial matters, and frequently represents lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate loan transactions. She is an agent for national title insurance companies and represents individuals and lenders in residential real estate transactions.
Miranda lives in downtown Beverly where she has been actively involved in local community efforts to revitalize the downtown district. Miranda formerly served as a Beverly City Councilor, the Chair of the Beverly Harbor Management Authority and a co-President of Beverly Main Streets. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Montserrat College of Art and Board of Directors of The Cabot Performing Arts Center. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Women’s Fund of Essex County.

In addition to his work at the Firm, Michael is active in the community. He continues to chair the City of Newburyport’s Community Preservation Committee in the evaluation and selection of projects proposed for public funding for the creation and support of community housing and the preservation of historic, recreation and open space resources.

Tracey counsels lenders and property owners in all areas of commercial real estate law and corporate law. Tracey’s deep experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law includes advising clients in the acquisition, disposition, assemblage, development, and leasing of commercial real property for use within the office, retail, industrial, medical sectors and affordable housing sectors. Representative clients include Fortune 500 companies, pension funds, REITs, life insurance companies, financial institutions and investment houses, asset advisors, developers, government entities, private equity firms, nonprofit, and religious and educational institutions. During her career, Tracey has had the privilege of serving as advisor to stakeholders in connection with several marquee real estate transactions. In addition to her commercial real estate experience, Tracey is a skilled mergers and acquisitions advisor, to include cross-border transactions in the manufacturing and technology sectors involving data privacy and related issues.
Tracey’s practice also includes the representation of non-profit and religious organizations in managing their real estate portfolios and assisting in facilitating cross-border aid work. In 2013, Tracey was recognized for her work for the St. Paul’s Foundation for her leadership and dedication to charitable works to protect and support Christians and refugees of other religious minorities in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon as a result of the wars in the Middle East and Syria’s devolution.
